Here is your reminder to get outside and enjoy the gifts nature has to offer!
Movement and being out in nature helps regulate your nervous system.
This is why I often tell my practice members the best way to support their nervous system's in-between entrainments is to get outside and get more movement.
Be thankful for your nervous systems this season and treat yourself to time outside!
