Carolina Counseling Center

Carolina Counseling Center Living well, and at peace, is possible. I guide individuals and couples to honest, healthy and effective communication and affection.

I have over 30 years experience helping couples to create change and renegotiate their relationships to avoid divorce; heal from life cycle events, affairs or addictions, and help blended families sort out boundaries. With all this experience I believe there is a good chance I can help you. You will learn alternative skills for resolving current and repetitive conflicts. I specialize in couples and family therapy resolving family of origin influences or dysfunctions, as well as impact of traumas, life events, or loss.

Highly agreeable people tend to be nice to others, even when they’re in a bad mood. As one of the five basic personality traits, agreeableness tends to attract less attention than, say, neuroticism or extraversion. Yet, in daily life, agreeableness can be the stealth tool that gets you farther than you might realize.

The nicest people seek experiences that can make them nicer.
