ANOTHER BIG ANNOUNCEMENT THIS WEEK 🥁
We have added THREE new drop-in classes to the schedule starting next week! ANYONE is welcome to join these classes with or without a membership! 😊
1. MONDAYS 530 PM: Small group Upper Body + Core.
-This small group class focuses on strengthening the upper body while building a strong, stable core. Workouts combine a mix of strength training, pilates-inspired movements, sculpt work, and light aerobics to challenge muscles in a variety of ways. Expect exercises for the arms, shoulders, chest, back, and deep core muscles designed to improve posture, stability, and overall strength. ⭐️
2. TUESDAYS 6 AM: Early Bird Pilates.
-Our same amazing mat pilates classes but for our early birds! This energizing early morning workout focuses on core strength, posture, stability, and total-body strengthening using controlled, Pilates-inspired movements. Expect a mix of sculpting exercises that wake up the muscles, improve mobility, and leave you feeling strong, centered, and ready to take on the day! Perfect for all levels and the ultimate way to start your morning feeling accomplished. 🩵
3. THURSDAYS 6 PM:
-This small group class targets the lower body and posterior chain while strengthening the core for full-body support. Workouts blend strength training, Pilates-style movements, sculpt training, and light aerobic intervals to build strength in the glutes, hamstrings, quads, and back while improving balance and stability. ✨
⭐️ The small group classes allow for personalized attention and proper form coaching so you can safely challenge yourself and see progress. Each class offers a dynamic, well-rounded workout that leaves you feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. We understand that many do not want to deal with the chaos of a 20+ person class, and we created these drop-in sessions with YOU in mind! Perfect even for beginners, as well as our more seasoned class-goers!
