I'm back in Colorado, going to the town where my herbal medicine studies really began in 2016 at the Colorado School for Clinical Herbalism.
Many iterations of a common thread have woven through my practice since then, mostly based on Community Herbalism.
With my current practice bringing forth more of my astrological teachings through sound, I found myself at another intersection. Astrology and Herbal Medicine. What is the relationship between plants and planets? I correlate sonic frequencies with natal charts and current planetary alignments all the time...
How do we utilize the celestial forces in our practice and understanding of herbal medicine?
A change is coming. A shift. On April 1st. A growth point of more access to my work and teachings.

...after the moon ceremony at Sanctuary, I was called in for a full moon baby with QC Doula Connect.
We were in hospital moving through a natural birthing process. No interventions. Just a badass mother birther giving it her all to see that little girls body on her chest. Not an easy feat.
She was so incredibly supported by a team that believed in her and left fear at the door. Don't let that doubt creep in...
It really did my heart some good to work with a doctor that was so fully aligned with the birth plan.
Now, everyone gets some rest.

This witch had a FULL full moon on 3/3/26.
Starting with our bi-monthly moon gatherings at Sanctuary Studios . Being guided by wise words, sacred movement, and ethereal sounds.
This was my first time leading movement for this group, and it felt nothing short of amazing.
Thank you for trusting us to walk with you through these processes.
....there were other wise bodies calling that night...

The cutest little fire scrying candles reached my doorstep from Latvia today.
It's time. Come Spring and let us leave the winters behind as we bloom anew.
