Clients often ask me where my training came from. What kind of massage I do, because it is so markedly different than their other experiences.

This image came up on my memory feed recently. I rarely have pictures of me working, but this was taken by my Kumu in Hawaii when I was immersed in my Lomi Lomi training on Kauai.

The heart of the ocean flows through my energy practice. Heartworks Lomi is as close to a description as I can get. The body as a sea with it's tumult, it's wisdom, and it's flow of ease.

With grace there go for I, and the dance of Lomi begins. The heart of the Earth transmitting pure LOVE through my hands.

I offer a feeling of safety, welcoming an enlightened state of being.

Yesterday was so special.

One of my friends and doula client gave me a thank you card with a picture of the sweetest little feet on it.

Sunday morning at Sanctuary Studios.

Before community arrived, I decided to see how the shruti worked with my setup. Transformative. I have been doing group sound meditation events since 2015, and it always feels good to switch up the instrumentation a bit. Feeling super blissed out today.

Also, the flowers in the garden are POPPIN'.
THEY ARE GORGEOUS.

I'll be tending to the overgrown veggies, cleaning up the falling leaves, and harvesting this week on Tuesday before the New Moon Ritual.
