Prep to Table has started stocking the freezer at Sanctuary Studios !!!

As you can see, my client was pretty hungry and excited after our session. She picked up 4 meals to go. I love having this offering at the studio!!

I'm back in Colorado, going to the town where my herbal medicine studies really began in 2016 at the Colorado School for Clinical Herbalism.

Many iterations of a common thread have woven through my practice since then, mostly based on Community Herbalism.

With my current practice bringing forth more of my astrological teachings through sound, I found myself at another intersection. Astrology and Herbal Medicine. What is the relationship between plants and planets? I correlate sonic frequencies with natal charts and current planetary alignments all the time...

How do we utilize the celestial forces in our practice and understanding of herbal medicine?

A change is coming. A shift. On April 1st. A growth point of more access to my work and teachings.
