I used to struggle with this. Emotional eating, stress eating, depression eating, I don’t love myself eating - whatever you may call it - now, I listen to my body. Am I perfect, no, there is no such thing as perfection. Now, I enjoy my food. I enjoy a celebration - including some treats. What I don’t do anymore is guilt trip myself for eating something “I shouldn’t” or overindulge because I’m feeling bad. Food nourishes my body, not depletes me. If you struggle with this, and you’re ready to overcome it, I’m here. I can guide you through an amazing process to release your attachment to using food to feel better.
