NOW HIRING: Front Desk Receptionist/Spa Attendant
MINIMUM REQUREMENTS:
*At least one year’s customer service experience
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize, with a consistently higher level of accuracy
*MUST be a team player
*MUST be able to work various hours each week INCLUDING some Saturdays
*Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
*Great attention to detail and accuracy
*Consistently demonstrates good judgment, strong character and personality, ethics, and high standards of performance
*Experience in the medical office/ understanding of cosmetic procedures/ skin care products preferred, but not required

DESCRIPTION AND RESPNSIBILITIES:
*Provide excellent client care and customer service
*Answer and screen inbound phone calls
*Manage appointments (scheduling, moving, and canceling appointments)
*Actively promote the salon and spa, treatments, services, products, as well as promotions and/or discounts available.
*Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by clients, ensuring complete client satisfaction
*Accurately complete client transactions including taking cash, credit card, gift cards, etc.
*Perform opening and closing duties and checklists
*Maintain a professional and clean environment and appearance in the spa and salon
*Assist with laundry
*Assist with other duties and projects assigned by management

Please welcome Destiny our new massage therapist 🙏🏻
Destiny did her training from Healing Mountain
Massage School. She is has a Certificate of Holistic Health Practitioner, equivalent to a Master Massage therapist certificate.
She comes from a therapeutic massage background, but she believes that healing happens somewhere between the relaxation and the therapeutic work.
Her favorite massage to give and receive is a 90-minute hot stone massage♥️
