Sweetwater Memorial and its Specialty Clinics provide services throughout the region including Sublette, Uinta, Carbon, Lincoln and Fremont counties in Wyoming, as well as Daggett County and other counties in Utah. We have about 550 employees, making us the sixth-largest employer in Sweetwater County. Our nearly 40 employed physicians provide care in ENT/Otolaryngology, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Neurology, Nephrology, Obstetrics and Women’s Health, Oncology, Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Urology, and Pulmonology. Services include Medical Imaging, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiopulmonary, Diabetes Education, Dialysis, Emergency Care, Intensive Care, Laboratory Services, Medical and Surgical Unit, Nutrition Therapy, Rehabilitation, Sleep Disorder Lab, and much more. The hospital's Sweetwater Regional Cancer Center provides radiation treatment and hematology oncology. It is an affiliate partner of the University of Utah Health’s Huntsman Cancer Institute. Through its affiliation with University of Utah Health, dermatology, cardiology, vascular and maternal-fetal medicine services are offered at the hospital.

Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is proud to host two Nightingale College student nurses, Vanessa Pena Leon and Desiree Navarrete, as they complete their clinical rotations in our Intensive Care/Step Down Unit. Under the expert guidance of Jessie Wilcox, BSN, RN, and Shannon Thomas, BSN, RN—alongside the dedicated MHSC staff — Vanessa and Desiree are gaining valuable hands-on experience in patient-centered care.
Their presence reflects MHSC’s ongoing commitment to nurturing the next generation of nursing professionals. We are honored to support all nursing students and deeply value the clinical hours they spend in our facility.
