Does your back start aching after sitting too long or standing all day? 😣

It might surprise you, but your back isn’t weak or damaged. It’s built to move. Staying in one position for too long can make your muscles stiff and tired, while regular movement keeps them strong and supported.

Building strength in your core, hips, and glutes also helps protect your spine and reduce the risk of pain returning. And remember, discomfort doesn’t always mean injury. Sometimes it’s your body reminding you to move more and move better.

Dr. Michael Davidson opened his first clinic with a clear mission in mind, to bring not only an exceptional experience; but an effective care program for all of those in need. Dr. Michael Davidson has spent the last 20 years hand selecting a team of skilled and professional staff to serve our patients. Alongside Dr. Davidson is Dr. Stevey Conder who joined the Davidson team in January of 2018. Both Doctors work in Rock Springs and Evanston, alternating days between the two clinics. Davidson Chiropractic offers gentle effective chiropractic care that is affordable and beneficial for all ages, including babies, children, adults, seniors and expecting mothers. Our team specializes in handling work and auto injuries.
