Able Hands provides person-directed habilitation services to individuals with traumatic brain injuri

We are here to share our successes and challenges in meeting the personal goals and desires of the individuals we serve. We are committed to providing the highest quality of services. Our primary objective is facilitating individual growth in areas identified by our consumer. Our sole purpose as an organization is in meeting the needs of our consumers while providing education for our larger community to promote the eradication of barriers for all people. We hope this page will help to provide instruction to everyone on how a meaningful and purpose driven life is integral to an individual's success and happiness, regardless of whether one has a disability or not. We hold the maximum CARF accreditation and Department of Health certification for the services we offer.

We’d like to thank the Mayors and City Councils of Rock Springs and Green River for taking the time to proclaim March as Disability Awareness Month.

It’s always a good reminder of the strong communities we live in and the support shown for individuals with disabilities throughout Sweetwater County. We appreciate the recognition and the continued commitment to inclusion. 💙

As we head into the new year, we were asked to share updated information about WYABLE / STABLE Accounts — a program that helps Wyomingites with disabilities save and invest without losing benefits like Medicaid or SSI (subject to some limitations).
