~🌕 Journal Prompts for Life’s Transitional Phases 🌙~

Journaling has been such a big part of my journey so far, so I thought I’d share some journal prompts I created. 🍂💗

When I first made the commitment to myself and my healing in 2021, journaling was one of the few things that truly helped me make it through such a massive transition.

It helped me check in with myself and understand where I was really at. I learned so much about myself and the complex emotions I was experiencing. I filled at least three journals within the first year of taking on this journey. With each page, I climbed a little bit further out of the hole I had found myself in. It brought me comfort and kept me grounded in reality, even when everything around me was changing.

It has been chaotic, overwhelming, and confusing the past few days.🌕🌝

Things that seem to have no particular place, that we have deemed as insignificant have recently been illuminated. Old memories, random emotions, and unexpected situations may be coming out of nowhere. They may seem useless, like a string that’s come unraveled, and the more you mess with it, the more tangled it becomes. Or like crumbs that had fallen under the floorboards long ago, completely forgotten about, have now magically reappeared in a pile right in the middle of the kitchen.

Think it’s finally been thrown out? Just kidding! Now it’s wrapped around your feet, tripping you up. Why!? This wasn’t even here a week ago.

Crash-outs are valid.

But what if this is here for a reason. If you take a closer look, you might just find that there’s information incoded in the fibres, telling a story that lives below the action scenes.

What may have seemed insignificant and small at one time, just may be the stitching that brings the pieces together again.

Fall Into Presence —The Place Where Summer and Fall Meet 🌸🤍🍂

Autumn Equinox is just two weeks away, and right now we are sitting on the bridge where summer and fall meet. It is a time of transition, where neither is fully here nor fully gone. Fall can be felt in the morning air, while summer dances by, kissing our cheeks in the late afternoon sun.
It can be uncomfortable to sit in times of transition. Waves of gratitude, grief, and bittersweet moments may pass over us as we begin to reflect on the experiences this summer brought—whether full of laughter and life, endings that led to new beginnings even sweeter than before, or a special connection with nature that only warmer weather fosters. What has been our present for the season is now beginning to fade into memories.
On the other side, there may be excitement and anticipation brewing for the new experiences that lie just around the corner—full of changing leaves, cozy weather, and fall celebrations. Or, perhaps there is uncertainty about what’s next, and the anticipation feels more like dread, and excitement more like anxiety.
All of these experiences are valid and deserve to be felt in their fullness. This is an invitation to feel the feelings without action. Loosen the grasp on summer; she is not here in her fullness anymore. Allow fall to be just around the corner—not a step closer, not a step further. The lines may be blurred, but you are the space in between. You are the moment of stillness when everything is changing around you. You are the infinite warmth of presence and connection.

So come sit with her for a moment.
She is all you need.
