Healing From Abuse is a BrightCourse Class that:
- gets to the heart of what abuse really is
- how it impacts the way we see ourselves
- why those wounds can feel so heavy

Each class is a one-on-one course, giving you a private space to move at your own pace. It offers meaningful guidance, practical tools, and compassionate support to help turn wounded hearts toward healing.

During the course, you’ll be able to talk about your story, your questions, or whatever you need to talk about. 🤍
