Sober Friends

Sober Friends Our goal is to empower you on your journey to recovery by offering personalized, holistic support.

Sober Friends is a recovery center dedicated to individualized healing and community support. Our experienced team provides one-on-one sessions and supportive group spaces that focus on mindset, emotional wellness, and holistic healing to empower individuals on their journey to recovery. We believe in the importance of nurturing every aspect of well-being, including mind, body, and soul health. We go above and beyond to assist with building recovery on a stable foundation and encouraging those in our program to continue learning, growing, and ultimately expanding their lives to live their fullest potential. We also host a podcast where people share real stories of addiction and transformation, helping others feel seen, supported, and never alone.

When the world feels like it’s in a bad space or when we feel divided, we must remember who we all are to our core. There is no hUmaNITY or commUNITY without unity. We must learn to see the good in ourselves and that makes it easier to recognize the good in others. Recovery is an inward journey that, in return, affects our outward reality. Visit our site and schedule a call with us today 📲🗓️

They say this is a “family disease” because it doesn’t ONLY affect the individual who is using. Looking forward to supporting the friends, family, and significant others of those impacted by substance use disorder. Come by this evening, anytime from 5:30-6:30PM. The first official support circle begins March 3rd but you are more than welcome and encouraged to come see our recovery center and ask any questions you may have.

Yes, you read that right! EVERY Friday and EVERY Tuesday, we have free support groups open to the public. TOMORROW (and every Friday to follow) we welcome all those who have just began their recovery journey or who have been on the journey and are looking for extra support. TUESDAYS we welcome all those who are a family, friend, or significant other of someone who is caught up in active addiction. We also encourage those who have lost someone due to this disease to attend this support group. Support is out there!!! People ask us, is the Sober Circle group on Friday similar to NA/AA? Is the Family & Friends Support Circle similar to Al-Anon/Nar-Anon? The short answer is yes, they are similar… however, at Sober Friends, we wanted to offer something different. There is no specific literature or written work and there are no sponsors. This is a supportive community comprised of those with lived experience and experience working in the recovery and mental health field. We aim to continue growing the attendance of these circles to build up those who can use our support at no cost. These are safe spaces and if you’re interested, please stop by or reach out to us with any questions/concerns you may have! See you soon 🤗🫶🙌
