Legs up the wall is so relaxing, improves lymphatic flow, helps blood return to the heart, and gives your legs and lower back a gentle stretch.
After ~20 weeks pregnant we want to modify the flat back on the ground with either a wedge under the right hip, or pillows under the back to incline your position a bit.
