Kelly is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her Masters degree from Columbia University. She creates a supportive and judgement-free environment that promotes relief from troubling symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions.
She specializes in the field of trauma and is a level-2 EMDR therapist. She uses a “person in the environment” lens and a holistic, strengths-based approach based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices. She has helped clients cope with trauma from their childhood traumas, intimate partner violence, divorce, and many other stressful life events.
