🍣🥦 Salmon & Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner 🌈
Simple, colorful, and packed with nutrition! Salmon roasts alongside fresh veggies for a quick, balanced meal with minimal cleanup. Perfect for a healthy weeknight dinner.
How to make:
1️⃣ 🔥 Preheat oven to 400°F.
2️⃣ 🥕🥦 Arrange 4 salmon fillets + 2 cups broccoli, 1 cup baby carrots, and 1 sliced red bell pepper on a baking sheet.
3️⃣ 🫒 Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil; season with 1 tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
