Join Libby and Rob for a luxurious 90 minute offering of a gentle yoga flow and soothing sound.

Feel the vibrations from various instruments after enjoying a yoga flow to help you ease into relaxation on your mat.

Please bring any pillows, blankets, sweaters, and eye coverings you need to melt into your mat. The studio offers bolsters and blankets but supplies are limited.

Offering is $30 and there is limited space.
The last sound offering with Libby and Rob sold out, so don’t delay.

🌱Kali is proud to host this event by Michigans’s Great Wave Zen Sangha🌱

📿The class will provide participants with an introduction to the origins and development of Buddhism and Zen in Asia, the transmission of Zen to the West, Zen meditation techniques, meditation hall etiquette, Buddhist philosophy and doctrines, key scriptures, fundamental ethical precepts, and guidelines for maturing in the practice. Online resources will also be available for participants.

Join Rob and Libby at Kali Yoga for a sound journey to relaxation and peace.

The class will begin with some gentle stretching and calming breath work exercises to help invite your mind and body to receive the soothing nature of sound.

Rob and Libby will then guide you through a 75 minute sound bath using multiple unique instruments to support your journey to deep relaxation.

We recommend you bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket. Eye covering may also be preferred.
