Winter sunsets on Lake Michigan bring a mix of beauty, stillness, and heaviness in the air. Honestly, the holidays can feel a lot like that too.

This season can bring up so many layers - grief, old memories, overwhelm, and the pressure to “be okay.” And for empaths and caregivers, the emotional weight can feel even heavier as you find yourself supporting everyone else while quietly carrying your own heart through it all.

If the holidays feel tender, complicated, or heavier than usual, you’re not alone.
It’s okay to slow down.
It’s okay to take up space for yourself.
It’s okay to move through the season differently than others expect.

I’ve opened a few Release & Restore Session spots this month for anyone needing grounding, emotional release, or a safe space to breathe through the heaviness of winter.

❄️ Sunday Update: The snow is beautiful this morning, but the roads definitely aren’t. ❄️
Out of an abundance of caution, I’m canceling today’s open browsing hours and keeping the studio closed.

I’ll be reaching out to everyone with scheduled sessions to offer virtual options or easy rescheduling.

Grateful for all the love and support this Small Business Saturday. 🫶
I’m planning to be back in the studio tomorrow for private sessions (9:00–10:30 AM & 1:30–5:00 PM) and open browsing (11:00 AM–1:00 PM), weather permitting.

Winter storms can be unpredictable, so things might shift a little. If you’re thinking about stopping in or booking a session, just send me a message and I’ll keep you updated! I still have a few openings for Akashic Records, Reiki, Oracle readings, and private shopping if you feel called to make some time for yourself. ✨
