Our first Tai Chi session felt like a deep breath we all needed. The room was filled with warmth, curiosity, and community.

Led with such care by Greg Rupprecht, the group moved together like they’d been practicing for weeks.

What an incredible First Friday for our Tai Chi Movement Series!

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make this kickoff session such a meaningful experience. We’re especially grateful to Greg for guiding the group with so much intention and skill.

As we step into a new year, we’re feeling incredibly grateful. Recently, our team and their loved ones gathered for a special evening together — a chance to slow down, connect, laugh, and celebrate the people who support us both personally and professionally. Sharing a meal at Liberty House Grill was a perfect reminder that behind every therapist is a network of support, encouragement, and care — and we’re thankful for all of it.
