As Your Neighborhood Therapist, I’ve come to understand that teaching our youth isn’t confined to classrooms—it happens on basketball courts, front porches, in barbershops, and during walks through the neighborhood.

Education and mental health go hand in hand. When we show up for our young people where they already are, we build trust, model consistency, and plant seeds of healing and growth.

Our youth need more than lectures—they need presence, patience, and people willing to listen without judgment. That’s where the real teaching begins. 💬👟📚

Let’s normalize mentorship, mental health conversations, and life lessons that happen outside the box.
