Medication management is not about being pushed into medication.

At TTS, a medication consultation includes:
Reviewing symptoms + history
Understanding goals and concerns
Exploring pros, cons, and options
Collaborative decision-making — no obligation

Sometimes medication is part of care. Sometimes it isn’t.
The goal is clarity — not pressure.
If you’re curious about medication for ADHD or emotional regulation, our prescribers offer thoughtful, collaborative consultations.

Catherine (she/her) is driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. She views therapy as a collaborative and unique process that must be tailored to each person’s needs, with the client as the expert on themselves. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming space for anyone that comes to her office or meets over telehealth, so they may learn more about themselves and experience hope and healing. She welcomes clients of all ages from all walks of life (ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation), and particularly enjoys working with people who are motivated and active in the therapy process. She also finds working with children, adolescents, and young adults to be especially rewarding, because early intervention can help avoid unnecessary pain and struggle later in life. She likes working with couples as well, because a lot of change can come from partners working through issues together.

Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career and life experience, Catherine hopes to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life by combining insight with action. Her approach to therapy is whole person-centered, holistic, and focuses on exploring individual strengths and challenges with sensitivity, compassion, and curiosity. She aims to help you regain confidence, re-establish healthy relationships (with yourself and others), navigate challenges, and attain life goals by implementing a variety of innovative strategies and techniques. Recognizing the importance of humor and connection in healing, she will offer you steadfast encouragement and support with honesty, laughter, and grace. It takes courage to be vulnerable, and vulnerability is what inspires growth; Catherine works to create an environment where clients feel respected and validated, to be able to be vulnerable. She will be a strong ally as you progress on your healing journey.

Many neurodivergent adults — especially women — spend years masking their struggles to appear “organized, calm, capable.”

Masking often leads to:
Chronic stress and exhaustion
Burnout that seems to come out of nowhere
Self-criticism and perfectionism
Delayed or late-life ADHD diagnosis
When masking stops, healing can begin.

Assessment provides clarity, language, and relief — replacing self-blame with understanding.

If you’ve wondered whether ADHD explains lifelong patterns, an assessment may help.

For many people with ADHD, emotions don’t just feel “strong” — they feel fast, intense, and sticky.

This isn’t weakness or immaturity. Research shows ADHD brains process emotional input differently, which can lead to:
Quick frustration
Shame spirals after conflict
Difficulty “letting things go”
Emotional exhaustion

Skills, therapy, and in some cases medication support, can reduce reactivity and increase emotional stability.

You deserve tools — not blame.

Curious whether emotional dysregulation may be ADHD-related? Schedule an ADHD consultation or assessment screening in person or virtually!

Renee (she/her) is an empathetic, down-to-earth person who has gone through a myriad of experiences being a single mother, divorcee, business owner, teacher, musician, relationship partner, and adventurer of life. She knows what it means to struggle, survive, find hope, and evolve. This has given her an authentic way of meeting people with an open and non-judgmental mind, providing a safe space for clients to share. Renee works with people to create an integrative therapeutic approach to help individuals through their pathways of growth and renewal using narrative, cognitive-behavioral, and client-centered therapies to address addiction, trauma, and general mental health concerns.

Renee believes everyone has a story (or many stories!) that they believe about themselves. Some of these stories may or may not serve them well -but all have a powerful effect on how we walk in the world. Using narrative therapy, Renee can help clients redefine their beliefs about themselves, or how other people or situations affect their lives. She guides clients to recreate the stories that can help them initiate change, and reinforce the stories that already give them strength and clarity.

Renee enjoys working with diverse populations of all ages, ethnicities, religions/spirituality, and orientations. She uses a holistic approach to wellness integrating mind, body, and spiritual health into therapy.
