Eating disorders can show up differently in neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD or autism.

Experiences may include:
Sensory-based food preferences
Predictable-routine needs
Interoception challenges
Emotion + overwhelm eating cycles
Difficulty separating hunger from anxiety
This is why treatment must be neurodiversity-affirming — not punitive or behavior-only.

If you’re neurodivergent and struggling with food or body distress, you deserve support that truly understands your nervous system. Reach out today - info@transformationaltherapymn.com

Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, untangling emotional triggers, and learning to take back control—so your feelings no longer control you. My approach is direct, supportive, and infused with humor—because growth doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

I believe therapy is about self-discovery, building resilience, and transforming your relationships from the inside out.
