You’ll be immersed in the healing frequencies of:
Tibetan bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, Ocean Drum.

This journey will gently guide you from deep grounding…to expansion…and into a calm, clear state of renewal.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, and anything else to best support your comfort level. We will have some extra mats and bolsters for your use, if needed.

Experience the exhilaration and calm of our Fire and Water Combo.

First, you will enter our luxurious, spacious, Infrared Sauna and bask in self-adjustable heat for 40 minutes. It's a welcome feeling this time of year, to take off that chill we are feeling to the bone.

Then, after a cooling period of 20 minutes, you will enter your Float Pod for a 60 minute Float that will have you feeling weightless and infinite!

108 Sun Salutations Celebration

Join us on New Year's Day for a 108 Sun Salutations Celebration. This traditional celebration helps us set the tone for the entire year. Prior yoga experience required.

This session will consist of 44 Surya Namaskar A (Sun Salutations), 22 Resting Sun Salutations, 22 Standing Postures, and 20 Sun Salutations (10 to ease us into and 10 to ease us out of the practice. Modifications will be demonstrated and encouraged!

Let the pure exhilaration of the flow of breath and body energize your spirit for the new year. Thursday, January 1, 2026 from 10am-1pm.
