Not only does getting your body moving create those endorphins we all crave, but it can also help cultivate gratitude. Gratitude for your body that can move, and gratitude for your mind for building up the motivation to get a workout done. No matter how small, movement is medicine. Take a few minutes for yourself today and notice how you feel afterwards! ✨
