Dear Doctors, Friends and Colleagues,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from the Oral and Facial Surgery Center, LTD effective June 24, 2025. After forty years of serving the Rockford area community, I have decided to transition into a new chapter in my life.
I have deeply valued the relationships I have built with you and the trust you have placed in me. Since I established my practice in Rockford in 1985, it has been a privilege to serve as your oral surgeon and I am sincerely grateful for your loyalty and support throughout the years.
Many of you already work with my associate, Dr. Alex Hawkins, who will continue to be a driving force in our office to keep advancing our technologies and the level of service which we provide to you, and your patients. Dr. Hawkins will continue our tradition of excellence in dentistry and personalized care.
Dr. Hawkins and our outstanding team will continue to serve your needs, so you will still see the same familiar faces in our office.
