Thank you to all the residents and staff who took a turn on our NuStep machines this morning for Pump It for Parkinson's.

We're thrilled to announce that we beat our community goal of 30,000 steps with a grand total of 35,450 steps!

Pump It for Parkinson's is a nationwide event helping to raise awareness for the benefits of exercise for those living with Parkinson's Disease.

Residents enjoyed a special program featuring live music from Jeff Layng, delicious snacks, and fun spring-themed activities, including face painting by our Well-Being Coordintor Alexa Thomas.

Thank you to Alexa and Liz Lutmer for organizing this fun spring activity for our residents!

Our Well-Being Coordinator Liz Lutmer takes a group of residents over to Wesley Willows on Wednesdays for an exercising class in the pool.
