We are sisters, born, and raised in the Stateline area. About five years ago, we discovered Salt Therapy while vacationing together. We loved the experience! Rosa, a Nurse, was intrigued by how Salt Therapy could help our family. We were so thrilled with the benefits and the overall good feeling we received when going to salt rooms and the fact that there wasn’t a facility within 2 hours of home, we started planning to open our own salt room.

Salt+Sol is the 1st Salt Room in the Stateline area! We’re are so excited to be able to offer our community a natural, holistic option for overall wellness. Halotherapy, also known as Salt Therapy has many healing benefits. Salt is naturally anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antibacterial. Salt therapy works on a cellular level helping to boost the immune system. It is excellent for respiratory care, anxiety, depression, allergies, sinus infections, skin conditions and so much more!

It’s so easy & safe for the entire family! All you have to do is... Just Breathe! Stop in for a tour anytime! We love to talk about Salt and share it with others!
