Barbie expanded its line of diverse dolls with the first ever blind Barbie doll and Barbie doll with Down Syndrome. To ensure complete inclusivity, Barbie partnered with the American Foundation for the Blind as well as the National Down Syndrome Society. Barbie's diverse dolls help children develop empathy and social skills, as well as see themselves within their dolls.
