📢 With the federal government shutdown now resolved, many older adults may be wondering how SNAP and Older Americans Act programs were affected. President Trump signed a Continuing Resolution that funds some agencies fully and others through January 30, 2026. The good news: SNAP and CACFP received full-year funding, ensuring older adults keep access to vital nutrition resources.
