Dimensions of Wellness and Transformation Services include individual and group therapy and coaching. Make an appt. We have payment plans in place so that anyone who needs help is able to get it.

Dimensions of Wellness and Transformation provides an array of quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in the English and Spanish speaking communities. We accept most insurances and will work with your insurance provider to determine whether you’re covered with your specific plan. We will verify your insurance and we will provide you with a cost estimate prior to your first session. If you are paying out-of-pocket, you will be given an amount prior to your first session.
