The studios are available for workshops, classes, business meetings, and event rental. Tracey is a yoga instructor and reiki practitioner with us.

RealBeautifulYOU is a wellness center located in northern Illinois that provides nutrition counseling, yoga, barre, mat pilates, esthetics, hair, and massage therapy. RealBeautifulYOU was founded by Rachel, who provides nutrition counseling, yoga, and wellness workshops for the community. She completed her 1,200 hour Dietetic Internship and graduate certificate in Eating Disorders in December 2019 and is currently completing the final class for her Master's in Clinical Nutrition, after which she will sit for her board examination as a Registered Dietitian. She utilizes Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size framework when working with clients and has a great interest in social justice and health equity. Savannah is the Practice Manager and fellow yoga instructor at RealBeautifulYOU. She, along with Rachel, completed her Yoga Teacher Training through Blue Soul School of Yoga in August 2020. She currently teaches more than half the scheduled classes at RBY and our off-site corporate accounts. Kylie is the Massage Therapist at RBY, focusing on medical and targeted massage, helping clients to not only relax but feel more at ease by releasing their tension from old injuries, sports, or just daily life circumstances. She completed her yoga teacher training through Blue Soul Yoga as well and immediately began working at RBY. She brings a sense of calm in her practices through her soft and tranquil nature. Julie joined RBY in October 2022 as the on-site Esthetician. She provides beauty and peace to every client she sees, as well as those that have the pleasure of working with her. She especially loves the joy a facial treatment brings to her clients, and it is her self-proclaimed favorite service to provide. She is a talented makeup artist and is a highly sought-after event consultant. Alexis rounded out the team in December 2022 as the Hair Stylist and Color/Blonde Specialist. She has a gift for not just cutting and coloring hair, but giving feedback and suggestions when a client is unsure of a choice in the chair.

Hey Beauties, it’s Rachel! 👋 Right now, our community needs us, and I wanted to introduce something fun but for a cause this month, the Plankgiving challenge: one month to grow stronger together while raising money for Northern Illinois Food Bank.

Here’s how it works... students of the studio must:

🌿 Plank for at least 1 minute every single day, OUTSIDE of the studio.

🌿 Send in a video of your plank daily (text, email, or a quick tagged Instagram/Facebook story).

🌿 RBY will donate $1 for every minute you plank, up to the number of the date. (So on Nov 1st, we'll donate $1 for your 1-min plank. Earn up to $15 donation for up to 15 minutes of planks.

Consistency is the hardest part of wellness. This challenge encourages you to work on your mental strength by pushing yourself a bit further. Plus, you get two awesome rewards:

Our next Pages + Petals workshop is an exciting one! We're collaborating with Sarah at SRM Prints for a floral block printing class. 🌸 🌼

Sarah is incredibly talented, and I can't wait to learn the delicate art of block printing directly from her! You'll leave with your own gorgeous, handmade creation—all supplies proivided.
