Someone is excited for his 70th birthday adjustment today! (Or maybe it’s just the new fishing bait)

The most amazing part of this guy being 70 is how dang healthy he is. His spine moves(from years of great adjustments I must say), he golfs, he skis, he fishes, is still working like he’s 20 and takes ZERO medications. Do you know how rare that is?

Let me tell you- we have tried a LOT of different things and this is the routine that he loves. He is so pumped about his vitamins that he grabs them all from the drawer each day and brings them to me to give him 🤣

Eventually we will transition from the gummy phase- but for now we are doing what works and what helps to fill the gaps in his diet.
