1. Consistency is key. When you are consistent with your treatments is when you see long-lasting results. A lot of what we offer is not a bandaid or ‘quick fix’ it’s meant to be done over time with multiple sessions.

2. SPF is non-negotiable. The # 1 anti-aging product you can use. Summer, winter, rain or shine. If you’re not wearing SPF daily, you’re undoing so much of what we do in the treatment room.

3. Drink more water. You’d be surprised how many people come in dehydrated and expect glowy, plump skin. Hydration starts from the inside out.

4. Don’t listen to influencers for product recommendations. Most are paid to promote something, not trained to know what’s right for your skin. Trust your injector or aesthetic provider.

5. Skincare matters. You can’t out-inject bad skincare. A consistent, quality routine makes every treatment work better.

6. Budget for maintenance. Results fade - treatments like Botox, filler, or microneedling require upkeep. It’s part of the process.

7. Be honest about your habits. Smoking, tanning, skipping SPF, and inconsistent skincare all affect your results.

8. You don’t need everything. Sometimes less truly is more. Overfilling (which we wouldn’t let you) or chasing every new treatment trend can make you look older, not younger.

9. Stop waiting for the “perfect time.” Aging doesn’t pause while you debate. Preventative treatments save you time and money in the long run.

10. Trust your provider. We’re not here to upsell, we’re here to guide you safely toward your best, most confident self.
