The studio is finally open! Join us on Monday, Feb 16th @ 9am for an energizing vinyasa flow class. Vinyasa flow is a strength-building class that will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced. Expect to start slowly and build in intensity, being challenged both mentally and physically. The class will conclude with gentle stretches and savasana. This is an intermediate-to-advanced class that requires the ability to repeatedly move from the floor to a standing position. Modifications, variations, and challenges may be offered. Expect upbeat music and energy. Sanitized mats and props will be provided for your convenience.
