2.5 years into recovery and I still stand by this. The bravest thing I ever did was to agree to get help and to remember how to live again. I am a survivor, everyday is a reminder that I am worthy of this gift called life. I am enough, even when I’m feeling unworthy or unlovable, I have always been enough.
