With the Mesa Marathon in Arizona coming up this weekend, Ryan stopped in yesterday to get in a smart deload run on our AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

Using the AlterG allowed him to maintain his rhythm and keep his legs moving without putting unnecessary impact or stress on his joints this close to race day — especially with a long flight ahead of him.

It’s all about training smarter, not harder, during race week. We’re excited to see him toe the line feeling fresh and ready. Let’s go,

The Sanctuary is pleased to announce that we’ll be at the BFit Heroes Cup Hockey Tournament this June at the New England Sports Center. 🏒

We’ll be supporting the athletes by providing Normatec Compression Boots, Venom heat and vibration back wraps, and Hypervolt massage guns to help everyone stay recovered, ready, and performing at their best.

We’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Healing Heroes Foundation for this incredible opportunity to give back to the men and women who put their lives on the line day in and day out.

As the nation’s largest first responder and military hockey tournament, the BFit Heroes Cup brings thousands together to strengthen camaraderie, connection, and mental health awareness through hockey.
