A somatic breathwork session is a guided journey using breath, sound and gentle movement to help release emotional buildup and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. It can support your nervous system, clear stagnant emotions and leave you feeling grounded and empowered.
Note: this type of breathwork isn’t suitable for everyone. If you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, epilepsy or certain other conditions, this is not suitable for you. That is why we have you sign a waiver before participating. Safety is everything here, we're all about creating a supportive space, not pushing limits.
