This morning’s exercise group was one for the books! 🎈💪

We sat in a circle and used pool noodles, tennis rackets, and even a back scratcher to keep a balloon up in the air. Talk about creativity!

At one point the balloon popped and everyone jumped… but after a second of surprise, they laughed and said, “Get another one!” and right back to it we went.

Movement, laughter, and teamwork all in one activity. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do ❤️
