At Palm Cottages we seek to enhance the quality of life and independence of residents by providing assistance and supervision with the activities of daily living so that each resident may realize his or her full potential. Activities of daily living include a helping hand with bathing, dressing and medication management.

Our very own Brell Whited threw out the opening pitch for Rockledge Little League Opening Day, last weekend. Brell had a hand in the architectural design of the fields at McLarty Park. They have also named a field after him. What an amazing day for him and so glad we were able to capture it!!

Our adventure last week was to say hi to Vikings from Norway! 🇳🇴

We encountered some hilarious Viking names, tried some treats and also decorated some Viking ships with our Viking hats on.

Our second country adventure was visiting Italy. Antonio brought his culinary expertise with an Italian meatball, marinara sauce over bucatini pasta. Along with that they enjoyed a sweet tramisu dessert and also some garlic bread. It was a great experience and the residents thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Ready to go Around the World with Palm Cottages!!

Our first stop was Mexico. Our residents did a Frida Kahlo painting. We had some salsa, guacamole, chips and churros to taste. We also had all different flavors of Jarritos while we listened to some Mariachi Music!! Overall today was a blast. Come travel with us to our next destination of Italy on Wednesday with What's Cooking with Antonio.
