Monday -10:00am Barre with an optional dance fitness class from 10:50 to 11:15 (all levels encouraged) Balance Yoga and Fitness Studio

Tuesday - 8:30 Zumba 9:30 Body Sculpt South Beach Fitness

Wednesday - 10:00 Barre Balance Yoga and Fitness

Thursday - 5:30pm Barre/Fly Gym ( we alternate this class every week) Harness-Up Fitness

Friday - 10:30 Barre beach fitness
