Dance is more than movement—it’s expression, release, and connection. 💃✨
There’s no “right” way to dance—just your way.
When words feel hard to find, dance becomes the language. It helps clear the mind, uplift the spirit, and create moments of pure joy. 💙
Come as you are. Move how you feel. Let your story be seen.

When movement meets imagination!

Our little dancers shined today to a custom song written just for ACCESS by Lindsey Oester. Coordinating the body, mind and imagination-and having so much fun doing it! You can dance to our songs at home by visiting the ACCESS Dance Program’s YouTube channel.

A big part of the magic of ACCESS isn’t just what happens in class — it’s the relationships that grow year after year. 🤍
Our dancers don’t just join us for a season… many dance with us for years and years. We get to watch them grow, celebrate milestones, navigate challenges, and build confidence step by step.
Because of that time together, we’re able to truly know each child — their strengths, their goals, their sensory needs, their communication style, what brings them joy, and what helps them feel safe. Individual care isn’t an extra at ACCESS — it’s the foundation.
Patience. Trust. Consistency.
All rooted in developmental therapy principles, adaptive dance practices, and a whole lot of love. 💫
We are so grateful for every family who trusts us year after year. The relationships we build are the heartbeat of ACCESS. 💛

✨ When music is made just for YOU ✨
Did you know our director, Lindsey, writes custom songs for the program?💃
So when our resident ballerina, Ari, asked for a solo about a ballet frog, ACCESS delivered— and watching her dance joyfully to music created especially for her is pure magic. 🩰🎶
This is what happens when we center ability, creativity, and heart.
Ari reminds us that dance is about expression, confidence, and joy. And today, the spotlight shines just for her. 🌟
Drop a 💕 in the comments to celebrate Ari and the power of adaptive dance!
