Pranayama ( breathwork) to release angerā¦
can be done for one minute up to three minutes. Bring to mind whatever it is that youāre carrying that has a negative impact on you.
Begin this breath with the intention to release them.
Be mindful to keep the eyes closed, gazing up into the third eye, (the space between the brows), have your mouth be pursed lips as you breathe rapidlyā¦inhale & exhale through the mouth, while throwing those fists over your shoulder.
When done, be sure to take a full breath in, hold that breath in & engage your root lock (pulling up the pelvic floor), then exhale (release) and just take notice of any subtle shifts within the body and the mindā¦
