Here are five meaningful ways to practice the discipline of compassion in your everyday life -

Lead with Presence: Be fully with the person in front of you. Put away distractions, soften your energy, and listen. True compassion begins when you are fully present.

Offer Yourself Grace: Discipline isn’t about being hard on yourself. It’s about showing up with commitment, and knowing when to pause, rest, or reset without guilt.
