We are a licensed 6 bed residential care facility situated in a quiet neighborhood in East Rocklin, bordering Roseville and Loomis. We are within 5 miles of both Sutter Medical and Kaiser Permanente Hospitals, physician offices, The Galleria Mall and numerous shops and restaurants. Hwy. 80 and 65 are only a few minutes away. Par Place offers a full range of activities tailored to our residents' interests and capabilities. Our residents have the option to help tend to our gardens, put together a puzzle, work on some crafts or simply relax and enjoy the fresh air in our backyard patio. Our living room is a wonderful gathering place for visiting family members and watching movies. The dining room is the perfect setting for meals, or celebrating birthdays and various holidays. Our home has 6 furnished private rooms with 2 of the rooms having their own full bathrooms. We encourage our residents to personalize and decorate their own bedroom with pictures and mementos. Par Place is their home "away from home" and having their own special things nearby eases the transition and reduce anxiety. Our staff are well trained with many years of experience in the care of residents with multiple medical conditions and the various types of dementia. Our 3:1 resident to caregiver ratio as well as our small, intimate home design offer greater safety and security for our residents and allows for more personal attention and quality of care. We believe a low-stressed caregiver offers better, more focused compassionate care for your elder family member. Par Place Senior Living is an all-inclusive experience where one monthly fee includes all personalized elder care, meals and activities. Gina Sanchez, CNA, owner & Administrator, is dedicated to maintaining a compassionate culture in a safe environment for their residents. She has over 12 years experience as an Administrator and participates in all aspects of caring for her residents.
