Years ago, I graduated from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating. At the time , I thought I was learning how to help others heal their relationship with food beyond nutrition with mind body practices. But what I discovered was something deeper.

It was never just about the food. It was about the grief beneath the hunger. The shame woven into the body. The longing for nourishment that no meal could touch.

The training became a gateway -
A doorway into something deeper.
A calling to support others, not just physically, but emotionally, energetically, and soulfully .

That path led me through many initiations – some silent, some sacred, all transformative – that opened me up to be the healer, guide, and vessel I am today .

Each unraveling, each breakthrough brought me closer to my essence. To my truth. To my devotion to helping others remember who they really are.

The Institute for the psychology of eating was the beginning of my work with a collective. But the spiral…
