I went to bed last night with a pretty bad headache. I used to get this type of headache, pain in the back of my neck that sends shooting pain directly to my right eye, every single day. I’ve seen many chiropractors over the years (I’m talking 20-ish years here) for these headaches and I never really found much relief.
A few years ago, I was sick of my then chiropractor ignoring this debilitating issue and not addressing it, so I began the search AGAIN for a different chiropractor. I found Dr. Hilary Taglio at and my life literally changed! She has made it her mission to tackle my headaches and I’m beyond grateful for her and her healing hands!

That headache I went to bed with last night? Well, I woke up with it and I immediately texted Dr Taglio and she was able to squeeze me in first thing this morning. About 30 minutes after my adjustment, my headache was GONE! VANISHED! I was able to go on a hike with my kiddos today and enjoy this gorgeous weather without having to endure the stabbing eye and neck/head pain.

My headaches still surface every now and then (depending on my stress level and how many hours I’m hunched over a cutting board) but regular visits for adjustments make all the difference!

Now, my entire family sees Dr Taglio and they always ask for her when something seems off in their body. ❤️

Thank you Dr Taglio for giving me back my Friday with my kiddos, and for keeping my noggin’ on straight!

AUGUST.

Do you have numbness or tingling in your hands? Is it coming from your wrists or higher up the chain?

We have had countless patients come to our office post-carpal tunnel surgery, with huge disappointment that the surgery did not provide the relief they had hoped for.

More often than not, the problem was never in fact coming from the carpal tunnel.

There are a number of health issues that can cause numbness and tingling (diabetes, migraines, strokes, multiple sclerosis and seizures), but very commonly, this feeling is related to nerves coming from your spine.

Chiropractic adjustments help restore the disrupted nerve communication and blood flow and increases the function of the body’s systems to promote optimal levels of health.

Proper alignment and movement in the wrist must be restored for the nerves to function properly in that region as well, so we absolutely look here too and address any issues potentially coming from the wrist.

Just over here changing lives and helping turn breech babies...
no big deal.

For real, though, it is SUCH A BIG DEAL! I never take for granted all the miracles I get to be apart of and this week was exceptionally beautiful! ❤️

(And I’m beyond honored to be trusted with a truly big deal... a mama’s breech baby 👶🏻)

The renowned Webster Technique (with an 82% success rate!) is amazing at realigning the pelvis, ligaments and muscles that support the uterus to allow the baby to get back into the right position for delivery. Once the tension around the uterus is released, most often the babies are able to flip by themselves. This will also help mama with a faster, easier and shorter labor! And who wouldn’t want that?

✨By 28 wks, 25% of babies are breech, by 32 weeks, 7%. My intense focus on his spine had me missing this priceless face!
In the Gonstead System, we utilize this wonderful tool called the Nervoscope to measure temperature changes along the spine, allowing us to know where nerve pressure or spinal inflammation exists and helps us know when to adjust, where to adjust, and when not to adjust!

So many of my Littles have told their parents they “want to be like Dr. Taglio, and be a Chiropractor when they grow up!” Hearing this over and over makes my heart so happy, ESPECIALLY knowing they are understanding the value of what Chiropractic is and have experienced the benefits enough to know they want to share it with others too.
