Healing from trauma is sometimes a difficult process. A process of willingness to acknowledge the trauma, feel the pain, understand why you do the things you do and learning to be the person God created you to be.

Please reach out to, check on, call, text or go visit ANYONE who may be dealing with difficult or overwhelming life circumstances. DON’T worry about what they will think, you may be the one who could make a difference in life or death for someone.
Su***de is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

“Toxic Love”
(Using 1 Cor. 13:4-8)

Toxic is impatient and unkind. Toxic is always envious and jealous. Toxic boasts and is self-glorifying. Toxic is arrogant, proud, self-centered and rude. Toxic is easily angered and keeps track of all offenses and holds a grudge. Toxic is thrilled when people look and feel stupid. Toxic loves a mistake so they can tell everyone over and over. Toxic runs to evil, never protects others and gives up on people and life easily; toxic love always fails.

If you know someone out if you love someone who struggles with their mental health, please reach out to them, check in on them, let them know you care and that you’re there for them. Tell them you’re praying for them, ask them out for coffee, bake them a cake or just remind them that they ate important to you.
