Rachel Glaser grew up in Connecticut. She always felt close to God and knew that she was here for a reason.

After surviving a domestic violence assault which left her with a spinal cord and brain injury, she felt that she was here to help others in the healing process. She was diagnosed with PTSD and utilized several healing modalities. Her favorite was Reiki and since her brain injury stopped her from being a high functioning, corporate employee, she put her efforts towards learning healing modalities to help herself and others. She was trained to be a Reiki Master and opened her Reiki practice, Hands Over Heart Reiki, in October of 2020 in Camden. She shared office space with Osteopathic Doctors and when they moved to Rockport, she went with them. She is now so grateful to have the opportunity to work at Temple Heights Spiritual Camp as she feels at home when she’s there. Rachel was trained in Reiki by Brenda Colfer of Soundings; she is a Certified Angel Guide by Kyle Gray; she’s certified in IET (Integral Energy Therapy) for humans and animals by Linda Anzelic Huitt of Pathway of Joy; she has taken angel classes with Dianna Cooper and Jill Harrison; she's learned a lot about crystals and essential oils which she integrates into her reiki sessions; she was trained in Transcendental Meditation by John Puffer; she is taking a channeling workshop soon with Bonnie Lee Gibson and she plans to be trained in Love Your Brain Foundation yoga. Rachel has a deep love for animals and volunteers at P.A.W.S. Animal Adoption Center in Camden to share the blessings of Reiki on the animals needing to find their forever homes. I just saw that Dr. Brian Dailey passed away two days ago. I have been thinking about him a lot over the past two days so that is ironic. He was the most amazing teacher and gifted healer that I have ever met on my spiritual journey. We had planned on doing a retreat at my home but then I had to cancel as I was told that he wasn’t feeling well enough to do it. He wouldn’t let himself know that. I was super excited to be able to host him and beyond honored to be able to work with him. He had a camera that showed energy so for the nonbelievers he had the scientific proof. Due to my brain injury, remembering all of the reiki symbols has been difficult. He would always say that it’s your intention more than anything and that soothed my heart and soul. Divine love/energy is what leads a reiki practitioner. His crystal collection was so amazing and the fact that he let everyone borrow one at a time was a tribute to him as a generous, trusting and loving person. Enjoy your wings Brian. I fee blessed to have been invited to join the course “Journey Into Vedic Wisdom” from The Art of Living community. The course goes from October, 2025 to May of 2026. Last week the take away was to reflect on:

1) Discipline of the body
2) Discipline of speech
3) The mind through meditation and service

Love this!!!! When I am deep in meditation I see a yellow ball of light in my third eye. When I was at The Monroe Institute in Virginia a few summers ago, a friend I met there said that he sees the same thing!!! Perhaps that is what Paramhansa Yogananda is referring to because when that happens for me, I see several things happening in my life for my future. Now, to be able to get there daily!!! Practice makes perfect! Peace and blessings to reach your divine, inner wisdom and self! 🥰🙏😇

When you concentrate at the point between the eyebrows, the current in the two eyes reflects as one light, and you behold the spiritual eye. This single orb is the “eye of God.” We have developed two eyes because of the law of relativity that prevails in our dualistic universe. Jesus said, “If therefore Thine eye be single, they whole body shall be full of Light.” If we look through the spiritual eye the single eye of God, we perceive that all creation is made of one substance. His Light.

As I was moving the plastic covering my firewood this morning, I was hoping that no furry critters would run out at me!! Much to my surprise and the frogs - we scared the crap out of each other - but I was so happy to see him or her! My father collected frogs so I said thank you to my dad for showing up and I felt - as I’ve been under tremendous stress lately - that everything is going to be okay. Peace and blessings for prosperity, good health and divine connections. 🥰🙏🐸💎
