Teaching ZUMBA is what I do for fun and exercise. My clinic HARMONY HEALTH AND WELLNESS covers everything from managing primary care, hormone replacement, weight loss, PRP joint injections and AESTHETICS
There is no filter here - mainly because I have no idea how to use them - but over 18 months I have taken years off of my face. This process included dermal fillers to rebalance, Botox to smooth lines, micro needling to resurface the entire face and finally lip filler for the icing on the cake
Is it cheap? No.
Worth it? Absolutely yes.
As women, we beat ourselves up as we age and we shouldn’t have to. All of these things don’t need to be done at once and break the bank.
