My journey started at the beginning of this year—just like so many others—with a resolution.
Get healthy. Move more. Make more money. Do all the “right” things.
But what I had always been taught—smaller meals, constant meal prepping, cutting everything out, no sugar—wasn’t working. In fact, it was doing the opposite. I was tired, inflamed, frustrated, and not feeling like myself.
When I finally stopped pushing harder and instead asked God for direction, I had no idea the answer would be simple, sustainable, and scientifically on point.
I share this because I’ve been where you are. I see so many people fighting their bodies instead of letting them do what they were designed to do. This is not a quick fix—and it does require reaching out, asking questions, and not quitting the moment it feels uncomfortable. Self-sabotage is real.
I started this just to feel human again.
The weight loss? That was a side effect.
I still prioritize getting adjusted first so my body can communicate properly, and I use time-restricted eating to allow the internal environment to heal after years of overstimulation from modern life.
This is my 9-month journey, and I’m not done yet.
I’m continuing into next year guiding and supporting anyone who’s in for the whole year—not a quick fix.
