An amazing weekend with Josh and Brody last spring at Bethany Beach and Bethany's James Farm Ecological Preserve. Brody decided to go in the water. The first time ever. This is a dog who walks around puddles when it rains. His lab ancestry came out to play. Small, doable pieces, thanks to my Alchemical Alignment training. Going in the direction of ease and curiosity, thanks to my Feldenkrais training. Pure Joy. Here’s feedback for the last 6-class series on Breathing:

🙏My body learned new ways to exist and move in space and time with more ease, flow, wholeness.

🙏I had right hip and shoulder pain that was not responding to all sorts of treatments. Both of those pains have reduced significantly.

🙏It was my first exposure and experience to the Feldenkrais method. I was amazed that I was able to bring mindfulness to my daily activities after a few weeks of classes.

🙏Alison Babil + Feldenkrais = kind guidance and containment for reaching quiet depths. I am continually surprised by the effectiveness of this sweet path to more fluidity and freedom.
