A major Cochrane review of 73 trials shows exercise works as well as antidepressants and psychotherapy for depression.

Light to moderate movement outperformed intense workouts. Mixing resistance and aerobic training worked best.

The sweet spot was 13 to 36 sessions, about three months of consistency. This is not adjunct therapy. It is real treatment.

A Stanford trial found that fasting five days per month on a low calorie plant based plan led to 65 percent remission in Crohn’s disease versus 38 percent in controls.

Inflammation markers dropped and deeper immune pathways shifted. This was not symptom masking. It was metabolic reprogramming.

Participants used the mats for about 6 hours nightly over 31 days, and those on real grounding mats saw meaningful improvements compared to the placebo group.
